Sourdough Discard Norwegian Pancake Recipe
This recipe is my version of the Norwegian pancakes I grew up, but with sourdough discard! Norwegian pancakes are very similar to Crêpes in textures and taste but in my experience they tend to be a little thicker and smaller than Crêpes.
